Dedicated to producing quality South African wines, Imvula showcases the country's rich winemaking heritage with a modern twist. This South African sparkler, crafted from 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir, offers a harmonious blend of ripe green orchard fruits and classic brioche notes. Twelve months of lees ageing impart aromas of fresh bread dough, toast, and brioche, complementing the vibrant green apple and pear flavours. The palate is rich yet precise, with a fine, creamy mousse leading to a well-rounded, velvety mouthfeel and a crisp, lingering finish. ​
